1. Introduction

This service ("the Bot") is developed and operated by FarGoneE. By using the Bot, users agree to the terms described in this document.

The Bot provides tools for organizing, storing, browsing, and optionally sharing content through Telegram. The service may offer both free and premium functionality.

Use of the Bot implies acceptance of these Terms and the Data Policy described below.

2. Storage Model

The Bot stores and manages user content using Telegram infrastructure. Content uploaded or managed through the Bot may be stored under one of the following storage models.

2.1 Standard Storage

In the standard storage mode, user content is stored in infrastructure managed by the Bot.

• User content is not publicly accessible by default.

• Third parties cannot access user data through the Bot.

• Authorized administrators of the service may access stored content when necessary for:

  • moderation,

  • abuse prevention,

  • service maintenance,

  • debugging or system reliability.

Administrators are expected to access such data only when required for operational purposes.

2.2 Private Storage

Some features may allow users to configure their own storage environment within Telegram.

In this mode:

• user content is stored within infrastructure controlled by the user,

• the Bot may require administrative access to perform technical operations,

• administrators of the Bot do not actively monitor or moderate such content except where required for legal compliance or service integrity.

Private storage functionality may be limited to premium users.

3. Public Content and Sharing

Users may choose to make certain content publicly accessible through sharing features provided by the Bot.

When a user explicitly enables public sharing:

• the shared content may be accessed by other users through generated links,

• social features such as views, likes, or follows may be recorded.

Users are responsible for the content they choose to make public.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to use the service for:

• illegal activities,

• distribution of prohibited or harmful content,

• harassment or abuse,

• attempts to disrupt or exploit the service.

The service operator reserves the right to restrict, remove, or moderate content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

5. Data Collected

The Bot may process certain data provided through Telegram when users interact with the service. This may include:

• Telegram user identifiers (user_id),

• usernames,

• display names,

• language settings,

• optional contact information shared through Telegram (such as phone number when explicitly provided),

• interaction data required for service operation.

This data is used strictly for operating and improving the service.

6. Use of Data

Collected data may be used by FarGoneE for purposes including:

• service functionality and user account management,

• improving the Bot and related projects,

• analytics and service growth,

• fraud and abuse prevention,

• feature development and optimization.

User data will not be sold or shared with third parties for advertising or unrelated commercial purposes.

7. Data Security

Reasonable technical measures are taken to protect stored data and service infrastructure. However, as the service operates on top of third-party infrastructure (including Telegram), complete security cannot be guaranteed.

Users are encouraged to avoid storing sensitive or confidential information.

8. Service Availability

The Bot is provided on an "as available" basis.

The operator may:

• modify features,

• introduce usage limits,

• suspend or discontinue parts of the service,

• update these Terms when necessary.

9. Premium Features

Some features may require activation of premium access.

Premium access may provide benefits such as:

• expanded storage capabilities,

• private storage configuration,

• advanced sharing features,

• additional usage limits.

Specific premium conditions may change over time.

10. Limitation of Liability

The operator of the service is not responsible for:

• user-generated content,

• loss of stored content caused by external platform issues,

• misuse of shared links by third parties,

• damages resulting from service interruptions.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important data when necessary.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements.

Continued use of the Bot after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
